There’s a teddy bear, Howard, who has a key role in Sleepless in Seattle. He’s left behind on the top of the Empire State building and when Sam and Jonah come back to find him they meet Annie at last for the romantic happy ending. Annie asks the bear’s name and politely says “Hello Howard”, showing she understands that bears are important.

The bear who played Howard did a brilliant job but I don’t know his real name. He’s not included in the cast list on the Internet Movie Database, IMDb.
